Talland House is a splendid late-Victorian villa, built in the colonial style and conveniently situated on the edge of St Ives, above Porthminster Beach. From the property guests can enjoy spectacular views across the world renowned St Ives Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse, inspiration for Virginia's best-known literary work, ‘To the Lighthouse’. The town centre, quaint fishing harbour, beautiful beaches and art galleries are all within five minutes walk.

The house has recently undergone a total upgrade, with all flats and apartments now equipped with gas central heating and being fully redecorated and refurbished throughout. CD players, TV and Video Recorders have been introduced into all apartments. Flat 5 is also being equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
